PCR Swab Test Available to All Interested Individuals from 1 December 2020

This includes any individuals who are well or require pre-departure testing prior to travelling.

In a press release by the Singapore Ministry of Health on 10 November 2020, Multi-Ministry Taskforce announced that starting from 1 December 2020, individuals will no longer be required to seek approval from MOH to undergo swab testing. This also applies to individuals who require pre-departure swab tests.

For travellers who are departing from Singapore would like to take the Swab Test, you will need to make an appointment and bring to the clinic their Passports, Flight Itineraries and Singaporean IDs (should they have one). A clinic memo will be issued in line with the template that has been set up by the Singaporean Ministry of Health.

  • Any individual who wishes to undergo the test, regardless if they have acute respiratory infection symptoms
  • Individuals who require pre-departure testing for testing
  • Testing for events, venues, public gatherings and MICE
